As Senior Loan Officer, my twenty-two years of experience in the mortgage banking industry and my approach to doing business have allowed me to succeed in a very competitive marketplace. My first four years in the business, I was involved with the pricing of loans and providing financing for several builders in the area. In May of 1990, I started originating loans. Over the last four years, I have closed over $400 million in mortgage loans. My success can be attributed to understanding and focusing on the needs and expectations of my customers and following through on the details. The majority of my business is generated through realtors, builders and client referrals. As a result of being a military dependent, I personally moved nineteen times and developed an understanding of the importance of a smooth transition.
